This proposal is about putting the organization back in DAO.

The DAO has the brand, treasury, culture, talent, history, and permissionless energy to keep moving forward. What it needs now is stronger organization around that energy.

Problem is requesting a 12-month stream of $32,000 / month, alongside a $100,000 Community Engagement Treasury designed to immediately engage the community, activate contributors, and begin putting Nounish talent to work.

The goal is to help Nouns create a clearer operating layer across teams, contributors, proposals, partners, programs, events, retail, onboarding, communications, legal and foundation-adjacent needs, leadership support, and real-world opportunities.

This is not about centralizing Nouns. It is not about turning the DAO into a company. It is not about adding unnecessary bureaucracy.

It is about helping Nouns become easier to understand, easier to build with, easier to contribute to, easier to partner with, and easier to coordinate across the people already doing meaningful work.

More importantly, it is about helping Nouns mature into the safest, strongest version of itself without losing what made it special.
